David’s expertise lies in the oil and gas and marine sectors where he has placed candidates in graduate through to CEO positions. With over 10 years experience as a leading Recruitment Manager for positions in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, David has been involved with a wide range of roles for companies such as Shell, Maersk and BP.

Neal, a highly experienced Principal Consultant with over four years’ experience within the maritime sector, has an exceptional working knowledge of the technical markets, having placed Technical and Marine Superintendents, HSEQ Managers, Crewing Managers, Fleet Managers, Technical Directors and CEOs for ship owners, ship managers and oil majors, amongst others. Neal is a well-respected recruiter having worked as a recruitment partner within the contingent and executive search markets for a diverse range of high profile shipping companies throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
